Alfa Laval is seeking a Key User Sourcing for their Pune location to become an expert in D365 for the Sourcing function. This role involves understanding and defining processes, supporting local users, and driving data cleansing and migration efforts.
Responsibilities
- Become the factory's expert in D365 for the Sourcing function.
- Understand and cover track processes.
- Ensure local processes align with global processes.
- Be hands-on in the site roll-out.
- Define and test business scenarios.
- Support and train local users in D365.
- Drive local data cleansing in the legacy system (Movex).
- Extract and ensure coherence of data extracts.
- Coordinate track activities across sites post Go Live.
- Govern and implement new processes after deployment.
- Act as a super-user/point of contact for processes.
- Serve as an interface to the Local Steering Committee.
- Own business/sourcing process scenarios and scope.
- Responsible for testing the solution's acceptability.
- Ensure local processes fit OneERP Standard and legal requirements.
- Responsible for closing locally owned gaps.
- Support end users in change management.
- Responsible for process/function benefit realization post roll-out.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of business processes and best practices in the specific functional area.
- Ability to train and guide others and bridge gaps between D365 experts and end-users.
- Ability to advocate for D365 and influence colleagues positively.
- Analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
- Proficient in using D365; serve as first support level.
- Fairly IT proficient.
- Desire for continuous improvement of the local solution.
- Configure system settings, define security roles, and test functionality.
- Exposure to small/medium/large scale program implementation is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience and understanding of driving and managing organizational change related to IT transformation.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, methodologies, and tools with 5+ years of experience.
- Comfortable working with IT systems and tools.
- A confident communicator who can train local staff effectively.
- Stakeholder Management & Project Coordination.
- Strong Functional Experience in leading and managing operational procurement activities.
Desired Qualifications
- Awareness or exposure to D 365 or any other ERP implementation will be preferred.
