We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Specialist in Seoul, Korea, to ensure end-to-end order fulfillment and seamless supply chain execution. This role involves managing logistics, PSI planning, and optimizing supply chain performance. The ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in English and ERP software like SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and high customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Monitor and manage supplier performance.
  • Lead PSI planning and coordinate production to meet demand.
  • Oversee international logistics from overseas factories to domestic warehouses.
  • Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
  • Identify demand and supply gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze and resolve supply chain disruptions or delays.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and resilience.
  • Define and track KPIs (e.g., inventory turnover, forecast accuracy) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with required policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with sales and operation teams to align supply with business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage Dangerous Goods Compliance.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in technology (SW/HW) industries.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) & Cloud market preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Finance, or relevant fields.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software like SAP.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
