We are seeking an IKEA Food Team Leader for our Sukhumvit location. You will ensure operational efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and inspire customers with your passion for the IKEA food range. Lead and coach your team to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to a "safety first" culture, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety policies.
  • Ensure operational efficiency and that routines are known and practiced by colleagues.
  • Be passionate about the IKEA food range and act as a source of know-how regarding products, production planning, and food preparation.
  • Ensure customers are always in focus, striving to make them smile with empathy and care.
  • Walk the store regularly, get continuous customer feedback, and take action based on their input.
  • Lead by example, supporting and coaching colleagues to meet customer needs and grow professionally.

Requirements

  • Having potential to become a Team Leader and curious about taking a next step within the IKEA Store.
  • Confident in approaching and talking to people in a friendly manner.
  • Take personal initiative.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and organize individual duties to make the most efficient use of time available.
