Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers throughout their IKEA journey.
  • Provide advice on products, services, and home furnishing solutions.
  • Create a positive customer experience through excellent service and meaningful interactions.
  • Maintain clean, safe, organised, and well-stocked workspaces.
  • Work collaboratively with co-workers across the store and embrace opportunities to work across different departments.
  • Actively contribute to store priorities, operational efficiency, and business success.
  • Ensure compliance with IKEA policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

  • Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
  • Availability to attend a 2-day Welcome induction on October 19th.
  • Availability to attend an interview the week of September 28th.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, food service or customer service is an advantage.
