Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and direction for Spotify’s artist and label products.
- Own business and product outcomes across the portfolio.
- Lead, coach, and develop PM managers and senior PMs.
- Advance how the product organization uses AI.
- Make thoughtful prioritization and resource decisions.
- Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Product Insights, Content, and Business leaders.
- Represent the needs of artists and labels in key product and business decisions.
- Navigate a complex music ecosystem, including relationships with labels and distributors.
Requirements
- 12+ years of product management experience.
- 5+ years leading product managers and product management leaders.
- Experience leading complex product portfolios.
- Experience building products for multi-sided platforms.
- Understanding of the commercial side of product development.
- Experience creating new products and scaling established products.
- Ability to move between long-term strategy and detailed product decisions.
- Ability to build trusted cross-functional relationships.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
