Responsibilities

  • Support the development and global adoption of ABB Motion's eCommerce strategy.
  • Analyze business and customer data, providing insights and recommendations through Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, including eCommerce optimization, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement projects.
  • Support the implementation of eCommerce tools and processes across different countries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support business activities through reports, presentations, and management updates.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Digital Business, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Business and eCommerce.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into business recommendations.
  • Strong business mindset and ability to understand complex organizational processes.
  • Proactive attitude, curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in an international organization.
  • Interest in digital transformation, Artificial Intelligence and customer-centric business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to think globally while understanding local business needs.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy or Spain.

Desired Qualifications

  • Additional languages are considered a plus.
  • Experience in motors and drives industry is a plus.
