Tetra Pak's Future Talent Program – Leadership Track is an 18-month development journey for recent graduates to gain business exposure and leadership capabilities. The Processing Sales Analyst role focuses on understanding Tetra Pak's processing solutions for the food and beverage industry, developing commercial and technical knowledge, and supporting sales in the Southern Cone market. The program starts in February 2027 and is based in Santiago, Chile.

Responsibilities

  • Drive up-to-date knowledge of Tetra Pak's New Sales and Services portfolio within customers.
  • Ensure relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed, meeting competitive requirements and delivering a strong value proposition.
  • Support and guide the project engineering group and coordinate cross-functional activities.
  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotations to customer expectations.
  • Drive mutual sustainable growth by building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities.
  • Reach out to, define needs, and qualify opportunities with existing and new accounts.
  • Establish strategies and lead action plans for strategic Tetra Pak accounts.
  • Drive improved understanding of customers’ overall business.
  • Develop and drive the execution of sales plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Record and follow up on opportunities in a timely fashion.
  • Help guide team members regarding liquid food and dairy processing to match customer needs.

Requirements

  • Recent graduation in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Passion for excellence.
  • Customer centricity.
  • Interest in career advancement.
  • Will finish studies between December 2024 and December 2026.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Collaboration on academic projects or business practices is desirable.
