Tetra Pak is seeking highly motivated recent graduates for their Future Talent Program in Process Engineering, starting in 2027. This 18-month trainee program offers a permanent position with an individually designed development plan, including job rotations and global collaboration, to foster future leaders in the food industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver process design specifications and drawings for BPUs and lines.
- Provide support in process design areas to sales, issue resolution, PLC, and PC teams.
- Communicate order status and changes with the order team.
- Break down and plan projects into phases, meeting milestones, budget, and project objectives.
- Drive project productivity using reusable solutions, standard component lists, and processes.
- Manage scope changes and propose variation orders (VOs).
- Perform lessons learned sessions and contribute to process, template, and tool improvements.
Requirements
- Completion of a Food Science or Engineering bachelor's or master's degree by 2027.
- Knowledge of food technology and interest in liquid food & processing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and personal drive.
- Excellent team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and apply learned knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Serbian (written and verbal).
- A growth mindset, showing willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
