Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily team operations, allocating and executing work activities.
- Apply processes daily to ensure food safety, compliance, quality, and operational standards.
- Ensure excellent food experiences for customers by supporting the team in exceeding expectations.
- Identify and implement sales support tools to optimize commerciality and build team competence.
- Apply corrective actions based on feedback and highlight improvements in commercial activities and daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of related experience.
