Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated single window for selected accounts, managing the entire commercial and technical relationship across both marine vessels and land-based power plants.
- Drive sales for both new equipment (Capital) and aftermarket services/spare parts, presenting a unified solution to the accounts.
- Take full ownership of customer claims, disputes, and technical complaints, coordinating with factories, quality assurance, and global Business Units (BUs) to resolve issues swiftly.
- Coordinate with Alfa Laval offices in shipbuilding nations to secure newbuild projects where local accounts make technical decisions.
- Regularly participate in meetings and technical reviews with overseas Business Units (BUs) to secure technical support, customized pricing, and product updates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of commercial or technical experience in the Marine industry (dealing with shipowners/operators) or Power Plant sector.
- Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling high-pressure client complaints.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
