Responsibilities
- Lead FCV sales and growth strategies across the UK and Ireland to meet booking, revenue, and market share targets.
- Drive growth of FCV Spare Parts business by identifying and converting opportunities with Field Sales and the ASP network.
- Lead the Inside Sales team to optimize quote strategy, responsiveness, and conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, manage pipeline health, and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Support strategic industry initiatives to strengthen Emerson’s market position.
- Develop installed base intelligence to drive lifecycle extension and upgrade campaigns.
- Develop and implement strategic STO/account plans to increase Spare Parts penetration.
- Conduct joint customer visits to identify installed base upgrade opportunities.
- Partner with product specialists and engineering teams for tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships at multiple organizational levels.
- Support the development and expansion of the ASP program.
- Track and report key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Share market intelligence and customer insights with the FCV team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the control valve industry with strong understanding of valve applications and market dynamics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and matrix organization collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in sales or business development, preferably in industrial or process industries.
- Proficient in business systems and reporting tools, including CRM, Oracle, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate confidently at technical and commercial levels.
- Good understanding of commercial drivers, sales negotiation processes, and customer decision-making structures.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively throughout the UK and Ireland region.
- Strong computer literacy, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Full, clean driving licence.
