Responsibilities
- Manage factory monthly reports, cost updates, and analysis for the Kunshan Factory.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform regular analysis of business performance and report variances.
- Contribute to monthly and year-end closings and drive costing update processes.
- Partner with Finance shared services for quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
- Ensure compliance and internal control within the Factory SET Kunshan.
- Act as a business partner for the factory manager to support factory operations.
- Continuously improve business processes and ensure suitable financial performance measurement (KPIs).
- Work maturely with different colleagues in a matrix organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Financial knowledge in Operations.
- Over 5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing company.
- Knowledge of products, manufacturing, and processes.
- Experience with improvement tools like 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
- Project work experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Green Belt (GB) is a plus.
