Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a sales territory, balancing customer engagement with strategic planning.
- Prepare customer proposals, including pricing and commercial considerations.
- Generate proposals for renewing, extending, or adapting existing contracts.
- Conduct site surveys and provide technical advice to customers and prospects.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers at all levels.
- Ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service.
- Accurately record customer visits, actions, and outcomes.
- Deliver customer presentations to support sales and enhance the CTS brand.
- Collaborate with colleagues across CTS and the wider group.
- Monitor activity and provide clear, timely updates to management.
- Attend sales meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
- A technical background or qualification is beneficial, but not essential, if you bring strong sales experience, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience or knowledge of the compressed air industry is desirable, but not required.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the North West, with occasional travel to other UK locations.
- Strong IT skills and an openness to learning new systems.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.

- A technical background or qualification is beneficial, but not essential.
- Experience or knowledge of the compressed air industry is desirable.
