ABB is seeking an Export Sales Support Specialist in Xiamen, China, to provide technical and commercial support to the sales team and customers during the proposal process. This role requires expertise in LV switchgear and involves preparing technical descriptions, determining costs, and managing documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the assigned Sales organization and customers during the proposal process.
  • Serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.
  • Prepare technical descriptions of products and technology.
  • Determine costs and prepare final documentation.
  • Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Offer training on LV switchgear/busway.
  • Define costs for proposed LV switchgear solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs and competitor offers.
  • Support the risk review process.
  • Respond to booking processes and lead handover to the project execution team.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in LV switchgear for engineer, project management, or technical support background.
  • Experience with institutes, EPCs, or distributors that frequently communicate with foreign customers.
  • Good listening and transposition thinking skills.
  • Bachelor degree or above in Mechatronics or Mechanical Design major.
  • Good at CAD.
  • Good at Excel/Word tools.
  • Good reading, writing, listening, and speaking English skills.
