A full-time Electrical Engineer position is available on-site in Jiangyin City. The role involves ensuring the operation of facilities and equipment, maintaining electrical control systems including PLC and HMI, and supporting project development. A Bachelor's degree in mechatronics or electrical automation engineering is required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure normal operation of WHE facilities and equipment.
  • Develop, validate, document, and maintain electrical control solutions.
  • Support WHE footprint transformation projects.
  • Maintain all equipment and facilities electrical control systems (instrument HMI & PLC).
  • Perform PLC programming and HMI configuration.
  • Provide technical guidance for electrical control projects.
  • Implement TPM and CI to prevent and eliminate hazards.
  • Participate in ALPS activities with team members.
  • Provide technical support during project installation, commissioning, and operation.
  • Collaborate with other departments on automatic control projects.
  • Analyze and monitor equipment operation status.
  • Manage spare parts requisitions.
  • Plan maintenance and analyze budget reports.
  • Prioritize safety in all work and comply with MSDS policy.
  • Train and guide relevant personnel on electrical processes and solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechatronics or electrical automation engineering.
  • Proficient in writing AB and Siemens PLC programs.
  • Proficient in developing HMI and host computer software.
  • Proficient in using CAD and Eplan software for design and drafting.
  • Understanding of SQL databases.
  • Understanding of VBA programming.
  • Experience with industrial control instrumentation.
  • Experience with electrical equipment maintenance.
  • Good drive skills and ability to take initiative.
  • Ability to manage tasks and activities independently.
  • Ability to make decisions within the defined area of responsibility.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
