Responsibilities
- Create and complete bids, estimations, and quotations based on customer specifications, requirements, or budget.
- Maintain and improve the balance between ABB units and customers.
- Collect and collate the information required to prepare proposals, including both technical and cost elements.
- Offer technical advice and comment on enquiry specifications for customers/channels/Sales Engineers.
- Provide technical support during bidding, technical meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
- Formulate competitive bids/estimates/quotations considering best available product mix and appropriate technical and commercial considerations.
- Ensure tenders are well documented in a timely manner with appropriate level of details, including full and accurate costs.
- Ensure inputs for editing activities are provided on time and according to established quality procedures.
- Identify potential risks in bids, quotations, and estimates and in any related contract agreements.
- Provide information and/or participate in the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, Major in Electrical/Engineering related.
- 3+ years working experience in related field, with a solid foundation of knowledge in medium and high voltage power systems.
- Fluent in English both in written and oral.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good teamwork spirit.
