Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience leading engineering organizations through other leaders and scaling teams effectively.
- Worked on complex, data-intensive systems requiring accuracy, consistency, and reliability at scale.
- Strong system design and architectural decision-making experience in distributed systems.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making thoughtful trade-offs in high-impact environments.
- Experience evolving legacy systems and guiding long-term platform transformations.
- Effective influence across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading distributed teams and creating alignment across locations.
- Clear communication skills, able to explain complex technical topics to various audiences.
- Curiosity about applying AI and automation pragmatically to systems and workflows.
- Commitment to building inclusive, collaborative environments.
