Seeking an experienced Dealerpoint Manager from the HGV industry to manage a dealership in Faversham, Kent. The role focuses on growing profitability through people and customer management, while exceeding industry standards in financial productivity and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Produce a yearly budget for the Dealerpoint with support from management.
  • Deliver annual budgets and forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Manage and control costs and expenditure as set in the budget.
  • Produce action plans for necessary improvements in conjunction with the Aftersales director.
  • Coordinate CRM activity with the Sales Executive, targeting new customers and managing existing ones.
  • Ensure constructive annual and mid-year reviews are conducted, identifying training needs.
  • Provide appropriate training and support to bridge competency gaps and ensure team success.
  • Carry out audits and produce reports as requested by the Senior Management Team.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Dealerpoint Manager within the HGV Industry.
  • Knowledge of Vehicle technology.
  • Good IT Skills in office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of Operators Licence Laws and Regulations.
  • Understanding of the Depots' customers and potential customers.
  • Knowledge of Warranty and Contract Scope and procedure with Trucks.
  • Good Business acumen, with the ability to produce and understand Finance and Management Reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team, and to coach, support, and develop team members.
