Responsibilities
- Responsible for integrity of item master data globally.
- Maintaining daily reports and metrics to help improve the efficiency of Oracle's workflow process.
- Monitor IDW (or IDEA) for all data distribution needs in our industry.
- Process creation and maintenance request workflows when expedite is needed.
- Manage mass uploads for system attributed master data.
- Set up proactive processes for reviewing system data for completeness and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to communicate effectively (communicate complex issues, simply)
- Strong analysis skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate proficiently in English (written and verbal)
Desired Qualifications
- Project Management or program management experience
- High Proficiency in MS Office especially MS Excel
- Independent Work and self motivated
- Collaborative work experience
- Understanding of data structures
- Ability to shift from strategic to tactical depending on the needs of the day and the audience
