Responsibilities
- Deploy and operate new data center infrastructure across projects or teams.
- Report issues and follow data center procedures to troubleshoot and diagnose moderately complex issues with equipment or infrastructure.
- Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment, servers, machines, and infrastructure.
- Independently execute advanced operational procedures and follow security policies and processes.
- Manually move and install racks and servers.
- Work in shifts may be required.
Requirements
- Experience with Linux Administration.
- Experience with network infrastructure.
- Experience in hardware and operating systems.
- Experience in technical support operations, network diagnostics, and project management.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer hardware and server hardware.
- Experience with networking protocols, Linux, teamwork and operations.
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including working weekends, holidays and on shift-based schedules.
