Responsibilities
- Drive product cybersecurity compliance by leading security assessments, MCSR activities, compliance reviews, and risk remediation.
- Perform threat modeling, architecture security reviews, and security validation using methodologies like STRIDE.
- Lead application and infrastructure security initiatives including SAST, DAST, SCA, penetration testing, and secure coding practices.
- Govern cybersecurity reporting, vulnerability management, and cross-functional remediation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related engineering discipline.
- 6-8 years of experience in application security, product security, or secure software development.
- Strong experience in security assessments, threat modeling (STRIDE), risk analysis, and secure SDLC practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAST, DAST, SCA, penetration testing, and vulnerability management.
- Good knowledge of OWASP Top 10, NIST, CIS Benchmarks, secure coding practices, encryption, and key management.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure hardening.
- Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443-4-1/4-2.
- Experience collaborating across global engineering, DevOps, and product development teams.
