Responsibilities
- Administer the forward planning of all open orders from quotation through to invoice.
- Liaise with customers, both internal and external, by telephone and e-mail to arrange and confirm service visits.
- Organise repairs and warranty claims within our workshop and onsite, liaising with our Logistics Team.
- Coordinate with external vendors for materials and services.
- Provide customers with relevant risk assessment, method statements, and engineer certification.
- Manage the Engineer and Technical Support planning board.
- Be responsible for internal service systems.
- Answer customer telephone queries regarding prices, deliveries, and invoices.
- Handle customer stock returns/credit notes/returns to distribution centres/consignment stock administration.
- Liaise with Service Engineers to ensure quarterly stock checks are processed.
Requirements
- Proven experience of working in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organising skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Good English and Maths skills.
Desired Qualifications
- SAP knowledge and experience.
- Experience of working with SAP is desirable.
