In this role you will be responsible as a Customer Planning Specialist.

        Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve**:**

  • Check supplier manifest/packing list/DN vs actual part.

  • Update local incoming schedule and report if any discrepancy.

  • Coordinate & support unload activity material from local supplier & external warehouse, or overseas Supplier (if any).

  • Control FIFO implementation for all RM both at internal and external WH.

  • Identify receiving non-conformity, create discrepancy report record & submit it to logistic Supervisor.

  • Coordinate operator – material feeder & incoming operator activity.

  • Monitor local supplier kanban and stock RM in supermarket area.

  • Check customer manifest vs packing list DN.

  • Update monitoring board relation with packaging preparation, SOD, delivery status visualization.

  • Control FIFO implementation for all FG.

  • Identify delivery non-conformity record & submit NC report to delivery and production plan Supervisor.

  • Control kanban circulation to collecting post.

  • Update part location & addressing material & finish good.

  • Maintain tag label/FG identification.

  • Audit periodically (Tag, FIFO, QC passed and addressing).

  • Ensure operators maintain one piece flow, productivity and good quality products.

  • Support APS Implementation, active participation in APS workshop activity.

  • Control consumable for warehouse component & request to admin to create purchase.

  • Continuous improvement of line environment through suggestion process.

  • Co-ordinate/cooperate with supporting group regarding to quality, productivity & production.
