Responsibilities
- Manage and develop regional service operations team to optimize operational performance and drive business results.
- Implement training for sustainable growth and consolidation of competence within the region.
- Manage resources to meet financial and service operation targets.
- Utilize sales, marketing, and logistic tools to increase customer service and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and support for the regional operations management team.
- Ensure clean data and proper use of all systems.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures in an ISO 9001 environment.
- Serve as the Prevention Advisor of Safety at Sites (PASS) for the assigned region.
- Support the NPS process to develop customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to positive Company branding.
- Support the operations team through direct involvement and/or escalation of technical, logistical, or customer satisfaction issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience working with Atlas Copco service organization with increasing responsibility.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience effectively leading teams.
- 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Very good knowledge of operational processes, SAP/COPS, C4C, and MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- High level of initiative, commitment, and perseverance.
- Strong team orientation and focus on team-building.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
