As a Credit Analyst in Richmond, VA, you will manage customer accounts, establish credit lines, and resolve overdue accounts to drive the company's financial health. Responsibilities

  • Ensure local credit policy is followed and contribute to improvements.
  • Conduct credit investigations and evaluate customer credit worthiness to minimize risk.
  • Perform collection activities to keep overdues to a minimum.
  • Monitor individual credit accounts to identify and address problem debts.
  • Collaborate with finance counterparts, including Shared Service Center and Local Finance personnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of credit and collection experience in a complex global organization.
  • Collection knowledge of the manufacturing environment and purchase orders.
  • Proficient analytical, credit analysis, and collection skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Commitment to outstanding customer service and support.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fluctuating workload.
  • Ability to work with all levels of management and marketing/sales departments.
  • Experience using online collections tools (e.g., Get Paid, HighRadius).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable sub-ledger transactions.
  • Demonstration of sound business judgment and shared values.
  • Must reside in the US or have an established presence in the area.

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Experience supporting multiple industries, Business Units, and entities.
  • Pymetrics assessments upon application.
