In short

We are seeking a motivated Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Azure Cloud-native and AI Applications. This customer-facing role involves designing, building, and deploying solutions, removing technical obstacles for customers, and co-developing strategic solutions. A strong background in software development, DevOps, and team collaboration is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and analyze customer technical environments to align architectural solutions with business objectives.
  • Lead technical architecture projects, ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to define project scopes and technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement software solutions using agile methodologies (SCRUM/Agile).
  • Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
  • Implement security practices and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Apply observability practices, unit tests, load tests, design patterns, and code best practices.
  • Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 7+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese and English.
  • Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management.
  • Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud native applications through software design, development, deployment and app refactoring/migrations.
  • Understanding of large-scale application portfolios in enterprise-wide environments (including migration of on-premise workloads to the cloud).
  • Experience with scalable architecture using Web application server technologies and Application Cloud Services like Azure Services (App Service, API management, serverless technologies, container orchestration, microservice frameworks, SDKs).
  • Knowledge of Azure, Terraform, and other infrastructure as code tools.
  • Experience with software development practices like DevOps and CI/CD tool chains (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub, Visual Studio).
  • Proven experience in software development, with solid foundation in Software Engineering Fundamentals, being able to design and build production-level solutions that are scalable, secure, and reliable.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and SCRUM.
  • Strong understanding of AI and Generative AI technologies.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic environment, being passionate about learning and driven by challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to solve customer problems through cloud technologies.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 12+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • 6+ years experience leading technical projects.
  • Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
  • Experience in Data & AI projects.
  • Experience with observability and system monitoring practices.
  • Experience with third-party solution integration and microservices.
