- Communicate audit results to stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Create high-quality textual content for Amazon products to enhance customer's e-commerce buying experience.
- Develop or curate custom prompts/instructions to improve the quality of system outputs.
- Analyze system-generated outputs and use feedback loops to fine-tune instructions, improving precision and recall.
- Utilize sources to validate and enrich catalog data, ensuring reliability and relevance.
- Browse the Amazon site and use search techniques to locate specific products internally and externally.
- Analyze data and leverage experience to identify emerging trends and patterns for strategic decision-making.
- Produce executive metrics and recommend process and systems improvements.
- Demonstrate mastery of Seller Support operations and tools.
- Scope and recommend new improvements in audit activities.
- Demonstrate effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
- Proactively serve as a technical resource and mentor for other associates.
- Work with sensitive issues, including adult content, religious/philosophically sensitive issues, liqueur, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic computer business applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
