  • Develop or curate custom prompts/instructions to improve the quality of system outputs.
  • Analyze system-generated outputs and use feedback loops to fine-tune instructions, improving precision and recall.
  • Utilize sources to validate and enrich catalog data, ensuring reliability and relevance.
  • Browse the Amazon site and use search techniques to locate specific products internally and externally.
  • Analyze data and leverage experience to identify emerging trends and patterns for strategic decision-making.
  • Produce executive metrics and recommend process and systems improvements.
  • Demonstrate mastery of Seller Support operations and tools.
  • Scope and recommend new improvements in audit activities.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
  • Proactively serve as a technical resource and mentor for other associates.
  • Work with sensitive issues, including adult content, religious/philosophically sensitive issues, liqueur, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel
