Your role

As a Business Line Manager, Bozhong, your mission is to drive profitable growth and establish Bozhong as the leading vacuum brand through market definition, strong sales execution, and team leadership. You will report to General Manager.

You will

  • As Business Line Manager of Bozhong Brand, you contribute to the growth of industry vacuum division by implementing and developing market plan.
  • Need to define target market for Bozhong branding and win market share following Atlas Copco way of doing things.
  • It will be your mission to establish a world leading positioning in your region, with the vision to be "First in mind, First in Choice" in the defined market segments Bozhong.
  • In this role, you get full responsibility for the P&L performance in your region.
  • You will focus on developing the sales channels, direct and indirect, in line with revenues and always considering cost efficiency targets and profitable growth in your region.
  • You will contribute to the development of systems, sales tools and training.
  • As a line manager for marketing and sales, you will build a team of experienced vacuum salesmen.  You will by example lead and inspire your team, as well as distributors and other business partners to achieve the ambitious growth targets.
  • Provide feedback on product quality to the product companies.
  • In the position of business line manager, you report to the general manager of Bozhong.
