Responsibilities
- Support the concrete implementation of change measures in cooperation with various divisions.
- Implement and analyze KPIs to identify improvement potentials and derive action plans using techniques like DMAIC.
- Lead and support change projects, planning work packages with departments and project teams.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through training, Kaizen events, and coaching.
- Monitor results, track deadlines, and ensure effective communication of changes.
- Carry out process analyses and drive implementation and efficiency increases.
Requirements
- Coaching and moderation skills.
- A Technical education study (master’s degree, business administration, industrial engineer or similar is a plus).
- Analytical and conceptual skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong background in process and project management.
- Experience in change management.
- Fluent in English.
Desired Qualifications
- Lean - Six Sigma Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
