Seeking a Business Analyst Support professional with 2+ years of experience in data analytics and automation, proficient in SQL and Python. Responsibilities include building data pipelines, automating manual tasks, and providing data support to stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain complex SQL queries.
  • Schedule and refresh ETL jobs.
  • Automate manual tasks and simplify them using Python.
  • Build data pipelines and dashboards.
  • Take up dive deep requests.
  • Make changes to existing analytical frameworks.
  • Provide data support to stakeholders.
  • Understand business requirements and identify the root cause of reporting/BI/data issues.
  • Draft solutions for resolution, especially during high-demand periods like OP/3YF planning.
  • Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing data pipelines, queries, metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc.
  • Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and existing resources.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and automate/enhance existing processes.
  • Solve business problems through data-driven solutions.
  • Come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of data analytics or automation experience.
  • Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions.
  • Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar.
  • Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL.
