Responsibilities
- Assemble various parts based on mechanical and/or electrical prints and visuals using hand and power tools.
- Work closely with other assemblers to connect components and construct mechanical and/or electrical products.
- Identify parts that do not meet industry standards through testing and visual inspection.
- Modify various parts using hand and power tools.
- Maintain appropriate communication with supervisor for efficient and timely production.
- Complete and submit time costing sheet documentation daily.
- Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Clean working area prior to leaving each job.
- Attend and participate in departmental or company meetings.
- Complete routine tasks according to departmental policies and procedures.
- Work with direct supervision.
Requirements
- Ability to apply knowledge to identify parts that do not meet industry standards through testing and visual inspection.
- Proficiency in modifying various parts using both hand and power tools.
- Maintain appropriate communication with supervisor.
- Complete and submit time costing sheet documentation each day.
- Maintain a professional manner.
- Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- Clean working area prior to leaving each job.
- Attend and participate in departmental or company meetings.
- Complete routine tasks according to departmental policies and procedures.
