Amazon seeks a Workforce Staffing Specialist for its WFS APAC division in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves leading various programs and projects related to talent supply chain management, vendor strategy, and process improvement. Key responsibilities include developing and managing vendor agreements, identifying opportunities for inclusive workplaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure and execute initiatives, lead analysis and develop and communicate final recommendations for growing partner relationships.
  • Develop, negotiate and manage vendor partner agreements.
  • Assist with coordinating the management of ongoing relationships with existing vendor partners and where relevant, leverage those relationships to greater collective impact.
  • Support the analysis and tracking of key metrics to evaluate immediate and long-term success of partnerships and relationships.
  • Identify opportunity areas in building an inclusive workplace for underrepresented cohorts at Amazon and drive alignment with senior leadership across functions.
  • Support the development and implementation plans to support community engagement efforts at the grassroots level in partnership with WFS staffing and sourcing managers.
  • Support increasing goodwill and knowledge of hourly job opportunities with national, state and local influencers through experiential learning opportunities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, such as recruiting and sourcing management teams; military recruiters; public policy teams; public relations teams; local operations and HR teams, diversity and inclusion teams, etc. to ensure alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
  • Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
  • Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
