Responsibilities:

• Work seamlessly with offshore/onshore teams there by working on proactive/reactive issues in the systems.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Troubleshooting.
• Day to day/ad-hoc activities.
• Analyze day to day issues, there by suggesting long term fixes.
• Daily tasks in a consistent, systematic and time boxed manner.
• Handling day to day assigned tasks.
• Responsible for ticket resolution and cooperation with internal users and next level teams.

Must Have:

• Windows Operations; Web logic + Apache Tomcat; Java Servlet.
• UNIX, SQL 
• Remedy, Jira, Urban Code, Dynatrace, Cisco APPD Monitoring system; Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana (ELK) stack.
• More than 4 years of experience in above areas.
• Good to have
• Telecom sales/retail application (Amdocs RIM) 
• Knowledge of Technical Deployment
• Knowledge of Administration & Customization Support
