  • Resolve potential issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Research and query internal tools to provide timely issue resolution.
  • Analyze data, notice trends, and make decisions based on available data.
  • Systematically escalate problems or data variances to relevant owners and teams.
  • Communicate findings and variances in a review forum.
  • Provide real-time customer experience in a 24/7 operating environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps).
  • Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and driving innovative solutions.
  • 10+ 2 degree.
  • Knowledge of SQL.

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases (using Excel, Access, SQL and/or other data management systems) and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and/or understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results.
  • Ability to scope out business and functional requirements for Amazon technology teams.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics.
  • Clear written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
