Responsibilities
- Oversee Bangalore's transportation programs and initiatives, including additional operational support across India-based locations.
- Ensure uniform and efficient service delivery by upholding strategic direction, managing financial operations, and maintaining vendor partnerships.
- Transform the commuter journey into a seamless, high-reliability experience that enhances employee productivity and reinforces Google’s high employee experience standards.
- Manage a complex portfolio of transport providers, moving beyond basic oversight to Partnership Management that drives innovation and service resilience.
- Oversee transport operations with a high degree of focus, ensuring exceptional employee satisfaction, and leveraging data-driven insights with real-time feedback to sustain industry-leading sentiment scores.
- Act as the primary liaison between the various real estate and workplace services teams including workplace services, Security, transactions, and project executive teams.
- Support other program operations as necessary throughout other locations in APAC and EMEA.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in corporate employee transportation operations and services.
- Experience with developing and managing budgets and capital budget justification.

- Experience in vendor and program management.
- Experience in safety and risk management.
