Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking a Training Specialist to support operations training. This role involves developing and conducting effective training programs to boost employee competencies and enhance workplace performance. Responsibilities
- Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps.
- Proactively recommend ways and support stations towards meeting business goals.
- Proactively track mapped stations performance and pre-announce training interventions.
- Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region.
- Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned territory.
- Conduct learning sessions on new processes and BQM through ITL or digital learning.
- Deliver various training courses as continuous learning.
- Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel.
- Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time.
- Partner with operations leaders while conducting station audits to check process compliance and fix gaps.
- Identify learning coaches & certify them.
- Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance.
- Drive Quality & Learning metrics.
- Conduct chime sessions & classroom sessions to stakeholders.
- Track day-to-day business metrics and plan visits to mapped stations for metric improvement.
- Involve and engage well with mapped LA/LGs for daily L&D activities.
- Offer visibility on daily reporting's and progress updates.
Requirements
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with and delivering training/information to Associates and TL level employees.
