Zend Developer: PHP 5.6- 7.x, UI/UX handling (ViewModel, Templating, Helpers), Security practices ( CSRF,XSS,SQL Injection), DB interaction ( SQL, Doctrine, TableGateway), Error Handling ( PHP Logs, Exception tracing,xdebug), PHPUnit, CI/CD familiarity, Zend/ Laminas awareness

Dojo Developer: JavaScript (ES5/ES6), Dojo Toolkit awareness, DOM handling, Dijit event management,Security practices ( XSS, event spoofing, secure AJAX), DevTools, Dojo error tracing, Jasmin/QUnit, Maintenance of legacy UI, 

QA:Understanding of both frameworks for test plan development, Test coverage for module level functions, UI test case design, pixel match, security test cases, penetration basics, Bug Triage, log inspection, Regression, smoke and functional testing, Static and Dynamic testing standards.
