Software Engineer - Entry Level (Hyderabad)

Eligibility:

• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/BCA/MCA qualification with strong analytical and coding skills.
• Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025.
• Ability to join by May 6th, 2025 (no extensions possible).

Skills Required:

• Solid understanding of Core Computer Science concepts (Data Structures, Algorithms, Databases, Operating Systems).
• Familiarity with programming in Java or Python.
• Basic knowledge of Web Development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• A strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Application Process:

1. Written Test: April 20th, 2025.

3. Shortlisting: Candidates will be notified via Email/SMS by April 15th, 2025.
4. Hall Ticket: Download your hall ticket from the website.
5. Exam Day: Bring a printout of your hall ticket and a valid photo ID (Aadhar, Driving License, PAN card).
6. Technical & HR Round: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an in-person Technical and HR assessment at our office.
7. Notification: Selected/wait-listed candidates will be notified via Email/SMS.
8. Regret Emails: We regret that we cannot send individual regret emails to unsuccessful candidates.

Evaluation Process:

• Round 1: Written Test (90 Minutes)
  • Section A: Multiple choice and fill-in-the-blank questions covering general aptitude, logical/numerical ability, core computer science, and programming concepts (Bitwise operators, Operating Systems, Data Structures, String manipulation, OOPS, SQL, Web technologies).
  • Section B: Coding test with 2 problems requiring code/pseudo-code solutions.
  • Candidates must meet individual cut-off criteria for both sections.
• Round 2: In-Person Technical & HR Assessment
  • Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email/Phone calls.

Exam Venue (Round 1 Only):

• Hyderabad:
  • St. Theresa's Secondary School, Near Metro Pillar No 980, Entry through St. Theresa's Hospital Arch, Erragadda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500018.

Compensation Details:

• CTC: Rs 6 Lakhs per annum + Rs 2 Lakhs bonus.
• Bonus paid after 2 years of service.
• 2-year service agreement.
• Annual performance appraisals and salary increments.

Work Location:

• Madhapur, Hyderabad.
• Full-time, in-office work only.
