Responsibilities
- Support Construction Managers with the documentation of construction-related defects and project issues
- Participate in technical drawing reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and construction standards
- Support real estate developers in managing construction-related matters during feasibility study phase and early-stage project development
- Provide administrative support across construction and development projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to support efficient project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Urban Development and Infrastructure, or a related field
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Completed, or expect to complete, an academic degree before the programme starts in March 2027
- No more than one year of relevant work experience after graduation, excluding internships and working-student roles
- Fluent in English
- Available for the full-time programme from its start date
- Right to work in the country where the position is based, or meet the stated work-permit requirements
- Open to mobility opportunities and collaborating across different locations
