HCLTech is seeking an experienced Track Manager for Disaster Recovery based in Noida, India. This role involves leading risk and compliance assessments, managing information security projects, and ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations like GDPR. Responsibilities
- Perform independent assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for ITGC, GDPR, and German Data Protection Act.
- Participate in process and control documentation, regulatory audits, and management reporting.
- Facilitate IT governance implementation and research best practices in business processes and IT security.
- Develop service offerings for regulatory and compliance requirements and implement operational and enterprise risk frameworks.
- Liaise with client counterparts for compliance reporting and enhance risk and compliance frameworks.
- Drive and participate in Risk, Compliance & Audit programs and support external/internal compliance assessments.
- Drive/assist closure of audit non-conformities.
- Monitor compliance with contractual IT security requirements and customer policies.
- Ensure data privacy controls are deployed and GDPR requirements are monitored.
- Act as a point of contact for reporting and investigation of data breaches.
- Perform assessments to ensure data privacy requirements are met.
- Conduct Delivery Center Assessments and submit reports with mitigation/management responses.
Requirements
- 10+ years of functional experience in Governance, Enterprise Risk Management, and Regulatory Compliance.
- Experience in regulatory compliance frameworks such as BaFIN, MARisk, KRITIS, ITGC, GDPR, German Data Protection Act.
- Solid understanding of IT control frameworks and IT general controls.
- Working knowledge of the overall risk management process, including internal/external risk assessments and remediation.
- Experience in conducting risk, compliance & audit programs.
- Experience in managing large-scale information security projects.
- Experience across multiple Information Security domains: IT Regulatory/policy Compliance, IS Governance, Risk Management, IT Infrastructure Security.
- Good technical awareness of Information security & IT network/infrastructure components.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Good knowledge on Aruba ClearPass NAC integration with wired and wireless authentication along with Secure network access (Profiling and Posturing).
- Good hands-on experience in administration of Zscaler proxy solution (Zscaler Client connector, Traffic forwarding, authentication & Security policy configuration).
Desired Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech
- CISA/ CISM/CISSP certification preferred.
- ISO 27001 (Lead Auditor) preferred.
