Seeking a Track Lead with expertise in RedHat Cluster, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure. Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and troubleshoot GitLab CI/CD pipelines, supporting multiple application repositories and projects.
  • Configure pipeline stages for build, test, container image creation, and deployment.
  • Manage GitLab runners, pipeline variables, and environment configurations.
  • Implement deployment pipelines integrating GitLab with GitOps workflows.
  • Deploy applications to OpenShift clusters via GitLab pipelines.
  • Apply and manage OpenShift YAML manifests.
  • Assist with OpenShift cluster installations (IPI/UPI/Bare metal).
  • Support operator and application deployments using Argo CD.
  • Follow GitOps best practices using Git as the source of truth.
  • Monitor Argo CD sync status and resolve common deployment issues.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of pods, services, and deployments.
  • Assist with Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP) of OpenShift clusters using Git-based declarative configurations, Argo CD, and ACM/Assisted Installer workflows.

Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong Kubernetes & OpenShift administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Argo CD for applications, operators, and clusters.
  • Deep understanding of YAML, Helm, and Kustomize.
  • Familiarity with container platforms (Docker / OCI).
  • Proficiency in Linux administration, networking, and storage fundamentals.
  • Experience with shell scripting (Python is optional).
  • Hands-on experience monitoring OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters using metrics, logs, and alerts (Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging).

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure is mentioned in the title.
