Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of machine pre-assembly, utilities, assembly, and testing.
- Ensure OHS, quality, productivity, and delivery performance.
- Act as a compliance leader for Production/Assembly.
- Secure functional performance of equipment according to official specifications.
- Contribute to capital equipment production performance indicators.
- Support WCM implementation in the area of responsibility.
- Contribute to defect-free equipment production.
- Lead cost-saving initiatives.
- Participate in WCM, OHS initiatives, Operational Excellence, and Continuous Improvement.
- Ensure standardized processes and best practices are followed.
- Drive people engagement and development.
Requirements
- BE/Diploma in Production Engineering/Mechanical Engineer.
- 3-6 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing in the food industry or similar.
- Strong people leadership.
- Experience in WCM.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes in areas such as assembly.
- Exposure to Quality Audit, Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, Six sigma or equivalent.
