Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and improve the safety, accuracy, and efficiency of laboratory processes.
- Create and maintain work instructions, report templates, and test procedure documentation.
- Continuously improve testing methods, processes, and technical documentation to support standardization.
- Plan, schedule, and execute testing activities in accordance with weekly test plans.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams to ensure timely test completion.
- Prepare test reports and analyze test results to support product development and validation.
- Design and fabricate customized test fixtures to meet special testing requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and training to laboratory technicians on testing procedures and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Good understanding of air compressor systems and component operating principles.
- Familiarity with laboratory testing standards, procedures, and documentation systems (NeMo).
- Knowledge of product development processes and project workflows (CtP).
- Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, instrumentation, sensors, and measurement systems.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyze test data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for product performance, quality, reliability, and safety improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
