This full-time, on-site Temporary Operator role involves daily tasks in the assembly and coil shops, including product assembly and operating machinery such as winding and molding machines. Responsibilities
- Ensure operations comply with company's safety, health, and environmental management regulations.
- Perform daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop per direction/schedule.
- Conduct product assembly and basic equipment operation.
- Set up and operate Winding machine, Spot welding machine, and Molding machine.
- Set up and operate Automatic testing equipment for both coil and assembly shops.
- Adhere to all quality standards.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement events like Kaizen.
Requirements
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- 0-2 years of experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
- Must be able to lift up to 3 Kilogram weight.
- Must be able to distinguish colors.
- B.E/B. Tech /Diploma /ITI or any degree.

- Experience with Winding machine, Spot welding machine, Molding machine, and Automatic testing equipment.
