Responsibilities
- Ensure operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Perform daily work in the assembly shop and coil shop per schedule.
- Product assembly and basic equipment operation.
- Set up and operate Winding machine, Spot welding machine, Molding machine.
- Set up and operate Automatic testing equipment for coil shop and assembly shop.
- Flexibility to rotate responsibilities within the position.
- Adherence to all quality standards.
- Active involvement in continuous improvement events like Kaizen.
Requirements
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- 0-2 years experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 3 Kilograms.
- Ability to distinguish colors.
- B.E/B. Tech /Diploma /ITI or any degree.
