Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, resource allocation, and timely delivery within budget.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs and development plans.
- Mentor and coach team members, promoting continuous skill enhancement and fostering an inclusive growth environment.
- Drive operational excellence through governance, KPI monitoring, and iterative process improvements.
- Promote innovation by researching emerging technologies, advocating AI-enabled development, and integrating tools like Microsoft Copilot.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships within the technology ecosystem.
- Champion software security and compliance by embedding best practices in secure coding, access control, and data protection.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software development or data engineering, with proven team leadership success.
- Strong people management and leadership skills, with experience in building, developing, and optimizing teams.
- Hands-on technical expertise in programming languages, database design, and Azure.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
