Atlas Copco Group is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Brno, Czech Republic, to manage supply chain operations for customers across EMEA. This hybrid role involves optimizing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving continuous improvement within the semiconductor sector. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in supply chain or customer care within manufacturing, a relevant degree, and strong business system skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supply chain operations for customers across EMEA countries.
  • Act as the central link between customer centers, distribution centers, STCs, planning teams, and product companies.
  • Lead materials management activities for EMEA satellite plants, optimizing inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with Atlas Copco’s Business Code of Conduct.
  • Ensure excellent service levels for customers by proactively managing supply chain activities and resolving delivery challenges.
  • Coordinate with Sales Ops, Service Teams, Distribution Centres, Product Companies, Sales Teams, and Controlling Teams.
  • Monitor delivery performance, identify risks, and drive actions to improve on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage supply chain escalations and develop alternative solutions.
  • Support inventory optimization through data analysis.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Care or Supply Chain position within a manufacturing company.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in projects, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Sound business knowledge and financial acumen.
  • Relevant university degree in Commerce/Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Excellent business systems skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI).
  • Proactive, self-organized, results-driven personality with a drive for growth and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with the principles of world-class supply chain management, its implementation and support.

Desired Qualifications

  • Czech and other languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP and CRM systems is desirable.
