Electrolux is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for an on-site position in Kinston, NC. This role focuses on customer order processing and load planning using SAP and WMS systems to meet RDC stocking targets. Requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain order management and proficiency in SAP, WMS, and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Process deployment orders ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Maintain deployment orders in SAP and WMS, and daily logs.
  • Coordinate with Charlotte RDC advocates for metrics.
  • Build purchase orders in AS400 utilizing the Purchase Pricing Request Form (PPRF).
  • Validate data from Sweden monthly in SharePoint (PMS).
  • Validate orders in DOME (Apriso) and enter orders in Mapics for daily work.
  • Track re-boxed/scrap/repair units (EMS tasks).
  • Update KPIs daily and perform 5S audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain order management or related business field.
  • Proficient in SAP and WMS (AS400).
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, fill function, analyzing data).
  • Must be able to accurately enter data.
  • Must be able to manage conflicting priorities and uneven workload.
