Responsibilities
- Supporting the preparation and maintenance of FTE and FTC workforce reporting.
- Following up on data inputs and helping ensure reporting quality and consistency.
- Assisting with the calculation, allocation and analysis of measurement costs within the Wind Resource department.
- Supporting reconciliations and helping identify deviations or inconsistencies in financial data.
- Preparing and validating information for investment plan uploads.
- Maintaining and updating WBS reporting to support project controlling activities.
- Supporting recurring invoicing processes and related financial administration.
- Contributing to presentations, reporting improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assisting with ad hoc analyses and financial deep dives when needed.
Requirements
- Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Controlling, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Interest in financial reporting, controlling and performance management.
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with structured datasets.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- A curious mindset and willingness to learn new tools, processes and ways of working.
- The ability to organise recurring tasks and follow up on deadlines.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI, SAP or reporting tools is considered an advantage, but is not required.
