Responsibilities
- Drive the development and execution of the Personal Banking strategy, focusing on translating priorities into tangible commercial outcomes.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Head of Personal Banking, shaping priorities through fact-based insights and analysis.
- Support commercial management and steering across the Nordics, ensuring best practices are scaled and targets are met.
- Establish and drive a data- and performance-driven operating rhythm to track progress and recalibrate actions.
- Design, implement, and calibrate cross-functional and cross-country initiatives for end-to-end execution and measurable impact.
- Cultivate collaboration with teams across PeB CRUs, PRUs, and other business areas.
- Act as an ambassador for PeB, building internal and external networks to spark innovation.
- Inspire and energize team members through a positive approach, fostering open dialogue and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Extensive expertise in strategy development and business planning.
- Impressive project management experience gained at leading strategy consultancy firms or multinational organizations.
- Experience and good references from supporting senior leaders.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear strategic implications, ideally within financial services.
- Proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, aligning senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities to navigate and solve complex business challenges.
- A natural ability to create an inclusive atmosphere where diverse perspectives are welcomed and valued.
